Potje Kaat started in Welle, where the tradition of making ice cream and ice cream cakes began. Today, the business has been taken over by us – Viktor, Svetlana, and Thalyta – and we are excited to continue this tradition while expanding our offerings. In addition to our delicious ice cream, we will now also offer a wide range of cakes and pastries, making Potje Kaat the perfect place for every occasion.

Viktor and Svetlana are a mother and son duo who brought their baking traditions from Ukraine. Their love for baking has been passed down through generations, and now they are sharing this passion in Belgium.

Our new shop will be located in Sint-Lievens-Esse, where we will combine artisanal ice cream and homemade baked goods to create the perfect treat for every sweet tooth. At Potje Kaat, everything is about quality, a love for the craft, and creating unforgettable taste experiences for everyone.
