Step 1: Choose Your Products

Start by browsing our assortment on the homepage or through the various categories (ice cream, cakes, cupcakes, brownies, etc.). Click on the product you want to order to see more details, such as flavors, sizes, or special options.

Step 2: Select Your Options

Depending on the product, you can choose different options, such as flavor, quantity, or dietary preferences (gluten-free, lactose-free, vegan). Fill in your preferences and click “Add to Cart.”

Step 3: View Your Cart

Click the shopping cart icon at the top right of the website to review your selected items. Here, you can adjust quantities or remove items if needed.

Step 4: Modify Your Order

If you’d like, you can change the quantity of an item or add another product. Once you’re happy with your selection, click the “Checkout” button to proceed.

Step 5: Enter Your Details

On the checkout page, fill in your personal details, such as your name, address, email, and phone number. Since all products are for pick-up only, choose your preferred pick-up location and time.

Step 6: Choose Your Payment Method

Select one of the available payment methods: Bancontact or Credit Card. Enter your payment details and click “Pay” to continue.

Step 7: Confirm Your Order

After payment, you’ll be directed to an order confirmation page where you can review your order details. You will also receive a confirmation email with your order and pick-up time.

Step 8: Pick Up Your Order

On the confirmed date and time, you can pick up your order at our location. Be sure to bring your order confirmation with you.

Step 9: Enjoy Your Order

Once you pick up your treats, enjoy the freshly made delights from Potje Kaat, created with the finest ingredients for the ultimate flavor experience!
